Can't find any opponent online

Why i can't find any opponent online ? I am just new in this game and i waited like an hour to find any opponent thrue online, but nothing. I don't know how the matchmaking works..most articles i found guys say that the easiest way to find opponent thrue online is from Rooms. But still when i join some Room i still can't find an opponent..Can you help me with this ♥♥♥♥♥? I just spent about 50€ to buy this game and i can't play it online..:(

Maybe you have some "strange" firewall settings there. I would try checking it and your antivirus software maybe it "blocks" MKX.

i am using avast free..i got whole steal folder in exceptions and firewall off..idk man..this makes me so angry..i spent that much money for game which is not even working online..if you were adding me sorry i accidentally did not accept it so if it was you add me again..

I guess it was someone else because I didn't add you. If you see only empty rooms than something wrong there because there are always players in the room. Always. It must be something blocking p2p connections for this game.

when i join a room there is written for example
Room called: Black Dragons, number 60..it should mean players i think IDK..and when i join the room i don't see any players..idk what to do with that and WB Support does not even answer my tickets..idk why..

Ye but still i don't know why online does not work for me..and the stupid warner bros support will never answer my tickets..i wrote about 5 tickets and no answer..idk what program can be blocking online playing MKXL..i really would like to try it online, but i just can't..

Guys you still don't understand one thing..my online is just not working and i don't know why..i got same problems when i bought GTA V and wanted to play it online. One program on my PC was just blocking my online connection..but idk where is the problem now..when i join a room i don't see anyone in the room and thrue versus i can wait hours and still nothing happens.can anyone of you seriously help me ?

Did you check your port configuration on your router?

I can't set up or check my port configuration, coz i have UPC internet and i have modem which i can't control or setup..thats the problem :/

If you have a modem there are no ports to open.

Nah, man. Google portfoward dot com or something. If you dont have a router then I cant tell what the problem is.
