I'm stuck at the initial screen with the logo. It says press menu button, but no keys work to get past this. I don't have any controllers plugged in.

Solved. I had a virtual joystick program that was interferring with the game. Uninstalling that fixed the problem.

I had the same problem so thanks for posting this. I didn't even realise I had Vjoy installed, but uninstalling it worked for me.
