All 4 buffs not showing

Picked up this game, on sale, rather than buying DLC for the original game, I have been playing.
So: massage, dragon kick, tea, and food; only the first three (in any order) you pick up show up. When you pick up your fourth buff it does not show its effect on the center top of the screen and it does not show with the other three on the right side of the screen. Original version of the game showed all 4.

Haven't look for a bug reporting, or publishers forum yet. Game is kinda old, so I don't expect it to be supported. wondering if anyone else is having this issue, and if it has been found that they are all four active.

EDIT: just renewed 2 of the ones that where showing and the one that was not, when the 1/3 not renewed wore off, 4th buff did not show up. After completing a mission, the three (recently renewed) are showing.
Buggy, but seems to be working.
Or not, now have 2 icons for dragon kick melee buff
