Sleeping Dogs - Transfer save files

Hi,
I've recently moved computers and had Sleeping Dogs: DE on an External Hard Drive, which I connected to my old computer. I've my external Hard Drive in, loaded up the game and my save file isn't appearing. Anyone know how to trandfer the save files?

The save should be in SleepingDogsDefinitiveEdition\data

Meaning fine if you just switched computer with same HDD. Check the folder if it's still there.

Good News, I figured it out. SInce the Mac version of the game works through the Feral Games client, what you have to do is go to Support, click Privacy folder or something, and then transfer the two excecutable files over (Ithink it's HK autosave and HK Savegame 1). Transfer these over to the data folder under steamapps/common/SleepingDogsDefinitiveEdition an you'll be good as gold.
