The sdhdship.exe file wont run as administrator

I literally looked up multiple videos on how to fix the games saving problem, but it always takes me to a sketchy website to find the crack version. Does the cracked version even work? Does the game even function on windows 11? Because the sdhdship.exe file denies me to run it as admin and i don't know why. For other people its worked but for me it has not. I need help badly.
