Im guessing you thought that the Minimum System Requirements were really more of a suggestion than actual requirements, yes?
Or maybe he was wondering why the demo worked on 32bit but the full game doesn't.
They are two completely different games in a way. It's not one game with the same content just two different editions as, say, Skyrim vs Skyrim: Legendary Edition. This is not the case. Technically they are very different. The demo you tried, OP, was to a different game.
You cannot buy Sleeping Dogs (classic) on Steam anymore though. Which is a shame but whatever.
However you can trade the game, so you can get Sleeping Dogs Classic trading.
But I see you refunded already. A waste in my opinion. I mean, you're going to have to upgrade eventually. No sense trying to fight the tides of change.
It's truth, OS 32 bits isn't a good decision these days, only if is for business or things like that otherwise 64-bits must be the only choice.
It's not microsofts job to give people free upgrades because they bought an obsolete product.... And if you bought 32-bit 'x' amount of years ago it's time to catch up with the times and update your OS unless you don't want to game.
As stated by Jorch, you're totally wasting money on 32-bit OS unless you're just doing business, or word documents or something. I suppose by this sense of logic Microsoft should automatically upgrade everyone from 360 to Xbone, right?
It's a business man, they're in it to make a profit, not hand out freebies and live off peace and love.
