It's so unforgiving and such bs you can't dodge it all most i get is 19 kills before i die is there a strat to this?

You need the cleaver, just dont counterr them run slightly to the left side then wack whack and sometimes E if they punch then they will come in small numbers, its very easy i just finished it just now, the swat officer outfit was helpful too and drink and eat. nothing complicated

Wow you guys must be massive scrubs, brainlets or maybe even masochists, just throw away the cleaver and the fight becomes 100% easier. I passed this fight with both normal no bonus suit, and the vigilante suit that gives you the easier reflexes bonus.

Took me a few tries, but my strategy was to stay far away from the place the 18k gangsters drop down from. It was fun.

For anyone still struggling, a nice trick is to run to the corner directly behind you as you're facing the enemies. Once you do, stay there. They take awhile, but they will trickle in, one at a time (sometimes 2-3 will cluster together after you kill about 20) and you can do a three hit combo and then back into the corner again. They won't die from it, but they will eventually try to square off on you again, and one hit will drop them.

With patience, you can kill them all without an issue.

Cheese this by throwing your melee weapon at them and pick up that dead guys one, they're a one hit kill

Beat it without any of the buffs because I accidentally stumbled it super early into the game thinking it was a normal mission. Really all it comes down to is timing your blocks. If you get cornered, don't be afraid to jog away and collect yourself. I thought it was impossible when I died the first time then beat it the second once I stopped trying to mash and focused on attacking when the opportunity struck.

play it like COD zombies, run around and throw your knives for one hit kills

do not try and counter while holding a knife, you will get cut and poisoned

I did it weaponless. With the wing chun outfit and mostly counter.
