You tell me. Is a graphics downgrade worth 30 Euros?
The original version is the ultimate version. And the fact that it's not available anymore makes it pretty exclusive.
1. It's not a "graphics downgrade". It's a graphical redesign. It's meant to look more realistic.
I've been to Hong Kong, and I would say the definitive version is pretty realistic in its lighting and fog.
2. The definitive edition includes all DLC, comprehensive bug fixes, and a redesign of how and when DLC content is introduced and distributed, which in MY OPINION, makes the game a lot less complex.
3. This isn't for the people who already have the original release. What I just said there perfectly explains why Square Enix had all entries for the original release removed from Steam, and allowed for people to keep the original release if they already had it.
4. The graphics ARE an improvement. From both a realistic and technological stand point. Look at the lighting on all the buildings in the background in the first few seconds on the video listed above. The lighting is much brighter on the definitive edition, and there are some editions as well. If you look in the foreground on the original release, there's bloom everywhere. So much it's almost impossible to read certain signs in the game. I know most of them are in cantonese/chinese, but I'd at least want to see letters and symbols, not bloom effects that are incredibly distracting and pointless.
Yes, this is worth the money IF you get it for cheap and/or IF you don't have the original.
This game have new steam trading cards and medals for who already did original? Or not?
I feel like playing the game again because of the story, and for 10 euros I could buy it.
The definitive edition does NOT have steam trading cards or badges. It does have achievements and stat tracking in game and on steam, though.
There is also no steam cloud, so if you plan to do a reinstallation of your OS or even possibly the game itself, please do some research and backup your saves.
The achievements must be the same as the original.. I got them all. Wont have anything new..
Are you blind? No they're not.
To answer the original question about the crowd density, yes. Only if you max out world density, though.
all the bald guys have the same face..
Im talking about the original, I dont know the new version
This is a discussion for the definitive edition. And yes, that's a give in. It's obvious.
Do you really expect for them to randomly generate and calculate face models?
I thought you meant every single enemy looks exactly identical as if every enemy is a twin. Yes, certain enemies don't have different faces.
But im not complainning, just wanted to kknow.
Wait a minute...Do you even play video games?
open world games...let me think
I have played sleeping dogs and I got all achievements, completed the 100%.. so way more than you. Same for assasisn's creed balck flag.. and I played all AC games.
played gta iv 100% (without achievemnets), and I can tell is not so exaggerated.
because we are not talking of the people walking on the street here...we re talking of enemies. In other games you dont notice that as much
