Can't message Jackie
Guys I just got into a new case for the street racing circuit, and it says to message Jackie, but when I open the phone there is no option to message, contacts says no contacts and the same goes for messages.

Got any ideas?

If I'm not mistaken, that case a.k.a. "Hotshot Lead" requires you to call Teng, not Jackie.

It was Jackie, and after restarting the game 3 times it called automatically :P

Oh right, to the first lead you need to call Jackie.

To add to this, I just had the same problem with a mission getting stuck and restarting the game all the way solved it. I thought I was going to give up and uinstal since I got some 13 hours in the game already but it works for now.
