The mission where the local street racing gangs are getting out of hand and you are supposed to intercept them before the finish line. I can't for the life of me get past this! What's the secret? The closest I got was piling them up in the area where you go underground for a bit but one got past and I couldn't catch up. I even bought a controller because I don't remember this being an issue when I played through the original game but it doesn't seem to help. It's the mission right next to the cop station.

Had problems too, i think its best to go immediately for the winning racer, dont get slowed down by the small fry. Then just wait for every other car and crash it.
