So, I managed to canonically kill Two-Chin Tsao

Funny thing is that it doesn't trigger a Game Over. You can kill the 2 other guys in the limo too (just don't touch the white guards).

Then, I hijacked the Limo and put it in front of the gate above to see if it would block the limo when you trigger the cutscene after you hijack the camera. However, the limo you put there disappear and the real limo arrives and Two-Chin Tsao comes back from the dead in the cutscene.

What a funny cluncky game.
