If you lost the opportunity to kill someone using a fish during the missions where the fishes are available. You can try this instead. Get an item that you can throw (e.g Tire iron)> Go to Club Bam Bam Aquariums > Throw it the item to the aquarium using space bar > Grab the fish and kill someone outside the bar. Have fun!
