Why does the game look...blocky?
It just looks...really low res..and I have low res buffers turned off, so that's not the problem. Everything is maxed w/ the exception of AA. This game is missing a few graphical options, are they ever going to add them in?

Do you get blocks like that on any other game? But yes this game is very buggy.

No, I don't. I say blocky, but really, the graphics just look terribad w/ everything maxed out. Everytime I start up the game, it prompts me for a first time boot w/ the hit yes or hit no option via Steam. I hit yes, and it gives me a message telling me whether I want to repair or remove microsoft visual C++...why does it do that? It only does that w/ this game. And no it doesn't, I'll take a screenshot of my graphical settings right now. And yes, I've already verified the cache. And why isn't there a 60 fps frame limiter option? You got 36, 48, 72 and 144, but no 60? Why the hell not?

Edit: I did a little more research, and I am missing one graphical option. It's called High res textures? Why don't I have it in my game?

in advance menu ( warning require high graphic's card and watchout for heat issue or you burnout your graphic card ) if pc fan cant handle it , then gpu card cant keep up it send rest of the calculation to CPU = even more heat issue if you fail to understand this, hot heat issue, and if you damage your pc, so be it

turn off enable quality motion blur (off)
world density (extreme)
low resolution buffers (off)

for visual C++ if you already have it installed just close it and the game will work. and yes mine do still pop up but I stop it and the game works. Can I ask you something what gpu do you have? Mines not the greatest but I get 60fps and have AA at low and the reast on max and it works for me and low is off thats for crt monitors lol. And Yes who would be running those still in 2015.
