I've been playing it on windows 10 for hours and I haven't had any issues so far.

The funny thing is that I couldn't play it on Windows 8.1 and after I upgraded to Win10 it worked. Don't forget to upgrade video card drivers, if you still haven't

I think my in game settings were on high, and my laptop has GeForce 860M
I had optimization problems at first, just make sure in your Nvidia Control Panel and under Manage 3D settings, you have the game selected for High performence NVIDIA processor.
That's how I fixed my in game lag, hope it works for you too

also check nvidia controll panel in physX is autoselected mine was set to cpu after the win10 upgrade by mistake from the system

other amd user to other games has reported dx11 issue and fix it with either go dx9
and other amd user claim that amd new beta catalyst driver fix it with the dx11 issue
not sure if this game has same problem its AMD only issue with another game
but if it can help the amd user here check it out ?

yep works fine, maxed out the graphic settings no issues running under 10.(gtx 970)

See other threads. A lot of us are having the game crash constantly under Windows 10, when it worked without issue under Windows 7.

I can play without problem with Windows 8, Windows 8.1 (it has lots of problems with my other games, but not Sleeping Dogs), Windows 10 (i use it now you can see me how much hour did i play) .
