Event Planner achievement not unlocking!

I'm aiming for a 100% in this game. I've done all the 28 events and the achievement just hasn't popped up. Any fix? Does anybody have this problem?

actually i just now got the last event and the achievo popped for me with no problems
however the achievement for completing the game 100%(Chief Inspector) should have also popped because the last event was all i needed to get it
it didnt pop so its seems Chief Inspector is glitched as well

a shop lifting event
i finally got the Chief Inspector achievo
i had two open Derby races from the Wheels of Fury DLC i needed to complete
these were not needed to get the Achievo in the Reg Sleeping Dogs game ..but are required for the Definitve Version

I did everything. I got the completionist gold medal. But still the acheivement hasn't popped!
