Mind telling me what your computer specifications are and I might be able to assist your effort to fix this issue your having.
I looked at your computer specifications and have probably found the issue you are having. It's nothing to do with your hardware so to speak more to do with your software.
Although Windows 10 is supported officially by the game many other people are having the same problem as you and are unable to get Sleeping Dogs to work without crashing on the latest Windows 10.
I know for a fact that there is a fix for Windows 10: Home but however I believe that there is sadly no fix for Windows 10: Pro . I believe the issue is is buried deep inside the softwares code.
Another problem is that support has as of 'Jan 16' ceased for Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition on PC/MAC so you probably won't find a fix from the developer.
I hope you do find a way to fix this issue.
Saxa if you don't have Win 10 and have crashing issues then I think I know why it's crashing, please list your specifications below.
when i started it up the first time it prompted me to either "remove c++" or "repair c++" or something like that. I chose to repair it and it works fine for 15 minutes.

If that doesn't work, try turning off Nvidia Shadowplay. I've tested and can verify that PlaysTV works with the game as intended, but I know that Shadowplay has recently caused issues with FC3 and the new Assassin's Creed engine.
