Missing game files (technically, all game files)

I purchased this game and succesfully activated it. But when it comes to installing the game, Steam says: "disk space required: 116 mb". After downloading it I found only CommonRedist (directx & vcredist) in the game folder! All the actually game files are completely missing. Verifying integrity of game cache says everything all right! Please, help!

IT. ACTUALLY. WORKED. Thank you!
But I still wonder why this is the issue.... You cannot run x64 only applications on x32 system, but NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THEM.. that's something new.
