"Not-Ping's voicemail" is not able to play?

I've had finished all the main missions, dated with all the girls and got all the rewards. Then I went to sleep, and after I got out of my bed, the phone showed "Voicemail from Not-Ping", and then it was gone, nothing happened, either. It's just like the session was interrupted by something else I didn't see. I went out of the apartment, and didn't see the next Not-Ping's mission mark, either.

So I wonder how to make the phone ring again or I'll never continue the game...

But the problem is, I have already finished with all other girls and there's only Car-valet and Tran in my contacts list.
