Goodie Monster achievement bug

I can't get the Goodie Monster achievement, I got all the 20 evidence bags but I didn't get the achievement.
I even started another year of the snake gameplay and got the 20 evidence bags again but in the social centre it counts that I got 41 evidence bags and the gold medal.
Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem. I collected all the evidence bags but didn't get the achievment. It seems that Chief Inspector achievement is bugged too. It is a shame as I wanted to complete all the achievements in this game but it not possible. :(

Odd. I managed to get all achievements accepted Wei of the Road, which is bugged for me, despite my social saying that I finished 21 out of 21 races and no races appearing on the map. I think it happens if internet connection to steam servers goes down during the time the achievement was supposed to be earned.

I just got the Chief Inspector achievement. Despite my progress was saying 100% missions, events, favors, jobs and races I still needed to do one more thing which I was not aware of. I needed to finish Zodiac Tournament. After I finished it I got the Chief Inspector.

And now I completed also Goodie Monster achievement. I was missing one bag.
