how long will it take to 100% the game

About 40 to 50 hours. I could've finished it sooner if I didn't lose my progress at the end of my game.

I have 53/59 achievements and Steam shows 47 hours. I need complete Year of the Snake, i think it take few hours and also need Chief Inspector/Pure Gold achievement(dont know what im missing i done all, progress shows 96.88%), so id say it takes ~50 hours 100%

Try checking your statistics and look for what's missing. It's usually the Jobs part, like Tran's or Roland's jobs.

I got 100%, Steam shows 52 hours(i have habit to minimize game and check mails etc). Ingame stats: main story 33:51, Year of Snake 3:01, Nightmare in Northpoint 3:15, so ~40 hours

I managed to get all the achivements except for solid silver, cursed gold, pure gold in around 30 hours.
