Action Hijacking Truck Bug

Hey guys, I'm trying to complete one of the face missions that involves doing an action hijack on a truck some guy lost gambling. Problem is, I can't do the hijack. Every time I jump onto the truck I seem to go through it, bug out sligthtly, and then the game seems to think the truck is slightly further back than it is so I end up gripping nothing. I can then move along the truck, but when I get to the door the game ♥♥♥♥♥ itself because it seemingly has no idea where the truck is and I fall off and failing the mission.

Has anyone got a fix for this? I'm on the verge of losing a controller to this bs bug.

You're not alone. I'm seeing this bug, too. It's fine when the target is a car, but when it's a truck? PPPPPBBBBBHHHHHH. Forget it.

I don't think I've ever completed that favor. If there was a fix, it should have been put out as part of the definitive edition.

Remember having this bug as well, but it fixed itself for me after couple of tries. So the best I can give you is to keep trying.
