Maybe they're confusing "High End" with "New". I doubt most average gamers realize that the (semi-recently released) 1660 is just the 1060 with a few Tensor cores added for running Ray Tracing and DLSS. Considering the general performance that I get out of an RTX 2070, I shudder to think of what kind of meltdown a 1660 would have. Personally, I'd recommend people steer clear of the Tensor-enabled GPUs, unless running 2x 2080 because they have more money than they need.

I can run this game at 1080P with 60fps 99% of the time.
the only problem are the cutscenes being really choppy because they are rendered at 30fps.
it would have mean more work for the devs to uncap them.
because doing so would have mean more testing to make sure there would be no audio sync problem or some mess with the physics engine.
So it tank my frames to 30s if I have the res set to 4k and select extreme.. Basically doubling the 4k res i set in game.
I just want a way to disable FXAA, and play with my DSR 4k with crisper textures.
