How to get the DZS-90

I was just watching some videos about some of the best cars in Sleeping Dogs and I came across a video that showcased the DZS-90. It is a car that is super fast, has an EMP, and has 2 giant mini guns on top. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get it. I already finished the base campaign.

There should be a mission called Wheels of Fury on the map, it's an orange marker with a car icon. That's the first of a series of missions which unlock the DZS-90.
