Can't understand how to use Dim Mak move

Ok, i have a major problem here. I don't understand how to use Dim Mak, i just don't. When i grapple them with F, i gotta let em go with E, i don't uderstand what to do here, PLS HELP!!!!

Dim Mak is not a grapple move, it's a counter-attack move, press Grapple+Evade buttons at the same time when someone's trying to attack you.
