Problem in the game. Cant use the tv in apartment to do the drug bust

Ive hacked enough cameras evidentally because i now have a blue quest on the map screen that says to use the camera to do surveillance system for a drug bust. My apartment is blue on the map. When i am in the apartment and try to use the tv nothing happens. I try hitting the E key, right click, etc. Nothing works. What am i doing wrong?

This is the first apartment you have in the North Point area as its called.

Fiogured it out. I had another quest outside the apartment that must have had it held up. The one where you follow the girl from the club to find out she is cheating on you.
