Funeral Suit Changes Color?

During the funeral mission you get the funeral suit.
The first time I played this game (standard edition) It had a black coat. I'm playing Definitive edition now and the funeral suit I have has a grey top.
The issue is you cannot buy the black top. I believe it is the bruno james formal suit. You can buy the grey version, but not the black.

Is this a bug or is there a shop that does carry it and I'm missing it. Thanks.
It may have been generated because I was wearing the grey top before starting the mission.
