[DEBUG] Unlock all missions

Hi everyone,

As we have noticed several people having issues with scenarios locking after completing them, we have decided to implement a temporary workaround, it can be found in patch 1.3.
Now, if you have a problem with locked mission, you can simply go to the scenario selection screen and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+U simultaneously, this will unlock all scenarios and you will be able to continue your progress, until we fix the issue : )
Please note that after leaving the scenario selection screen debug command is no longer in effect and has to be used again.
