Report a translation problem
1) Relics are one time use only consumables.
2) Blessings are permenant and do stack. I was surprised to see I was able to buy like 3 or 4 at the Church for example, though though these ones can only be used on Warren.
3) The tools for unconventional methods can be purchased at two locations I found later on the first map. Two minig companies of some sort where you can buy alternate extraction method. One for example moves all gold 'up a layer', so the deepest gold goes to medium level, medium level to shallow, and shallow disappears.

they stack; they are pretty much the same effect as the Litany ability; they wear off after first few turns
