Can my PC run this?

My PC cant run the free version except at 1-5 fps. But I was wondering if buying this game will eliminate the lag.

Also my pc has:

1.5 Ghz CPU
5.5 GB RAM
AMX Radeon HD 8330 Video Card

Can it run the game, or will it be the same thing as the free version?

Edit 1: I can handle 20-30 fps, because thats how my minecraft runs. So I need the run speed to be at least above 20.

Oh I forgot to mention I can run it acctually, but only at about 1-5 fps. But for one thing I remembered when I walked into a building it sped up to like 40 fps

yo might need to upgrade your graphhics card. look into getting a gtx 980

no i dont think its cause he has a bad pc i mean the game is super basic but i can only run it at around 5 fps too so it cant be this...maybe its something else idk

i dont know why minecraft runs at 30fps for you but the free version of this runs at 5fps. maybe because its a flash game and in browser. getting this version might help a little because it wont be running in a web browser, it will be running in its own application.
