This is the order from least to most rare:
common (gray) < uncommon (green) < rare (blue) < epic (purple)
When you use a ticket you get an item of the same rarity or (with some luck) a ticket of higher rarity.
20% chance: Ballon (common)
20% chance: Stick (common)
20% chance: Rock (common)
20% chance: Bottle of water (common)
20% chance: uncommon ticket
And this continues similarly for each ticket type / rarity class.

Hope this clears it up.
On the wheel, we have 5 items that are equally common/rare and have equal drop chances (Balloon, Stick, Rock, Bottle of water, and uncommon ticket), but the colors on the wheel are again gray, green, blue, and so on. I thought that rocks (green) were more common than uncommon tickets (blue), which is again more common than balloons (red). It was these colors I was thinking of if that makes sense.
