Losing tickets !

Sometimes I start the game and see that I´ve lost all my tickets.

Yep, game is now broken. I lost probably 20+ tickets and all my lottery progress. Kinda a shame because I liked this game but it needs serious updates.

You haven't lost your items, they're still in your inventory
It's just that since yesterday the game's server have some problems apparently, so when you start the game since you're unable to connect to said server, there's that kind of error
But yeah, the items are in your inventory, I'm not sure the game would be able to remove them from you for no reasons
And when it happens to you, it happens for every other person on the game, so don't worry about losing lottery progress and all, everyone lost it

As correctly explained, no items are removed from your inventory. The only thing than can happen is that the communication between the game and server is blocked for some reason. Because of this the game will display 0 tickets as it cannot know how many you have. The connection issue should since have been resolved.
