Massive mouse acceleration
Hi there,
does anyone know a way to turn off mouse acceleration?
I have never seen such massive acceleration in game before - it's super slow or if i bumb mouse just a tiny bit faster cursor reach the other side of the screen instantly.
I must say mouse accleration in 2D adventure game is new concept for me.

Cheers

Update:
When in am playing the game in window there is no acceleration to speak of.
Too bad it kinda destroys immersion :/

I think the problem occurs if the image is stretched (so if you don't keep the normal aspect ration of the resolution the game runs with). You can change that in your graphics driver, so you have black bars on the left and right. If you need help with that, let me know if you have Nvidia, AMD or Intel graphics (although with Intel I couldn't give detailed information).

I kinda learned to live with it and set dark image as wallpaper ;)
Plus i found on Primordia forum, that it could be related to my Logitech G9 mouse ... wierd huh?

It's not related to your mouse. The fullscreen mode's implementation results in REALLY bad mouse feel. The accelleration is insane.

I have a Steelseries Kana and it's the same thing here. In windowed mode it's fine but in fullscreen the mouse goes absolutely haywire. At 2x scaling the mouse is sort of bearable but at 5x which I'm trying to run it's completely unplayable, almost as if the amount of acceleration is being scaled along with the graphics or something. Tried to disable "Enhance pointer precision" but that didn't do anything.

Any other suggestions on how to fix this? It's a shame as the game looks rather nice and atmospheric.

The acceleration is really bad. All reports of such problems I found were on Logitech mice, maybe there's some problem with the driver?

I bought new mouse Mionix 8200 ... and it's the same.
Windows acceleration disabled via registry hack, but no dice.

I found how to fix this problem. U must add new cfg file. allegro.cfg and add text
[mouse] mouse_accel_factor=0
. And u have no acceleration in game:) I think that authors should add that file to game.

Where should this file be?

Thank you man! Works wonders :)
But now I've been playing this game for 15 minutes. 13 of those was searching this solution. Not sure if worth it....
