-Overclocking gpu or cpu
-Intel 13th generations
Some players have managed to solve the problem by forcing the use of dx11, you can try putting -dx11 in the steam launch parameters
How about changing engine then? You chose the engine and you are the one who work on creating it (The game), just saying that SOME players managed to solve problem by forcing dx11 is way too little to justify this game-breaking and possibly PC harming issue.
