How to reset skills?

you probably can't. that's just how these kinds of games are made.

It should be possible to remove abilities that are not necessary or by mistake, like me that I chose without knowing the ability that if I stay still I lose life. It should be right at the time of leveling up when choosing a skill it would be better to have a remove skill button. But how many skills are there?? If I reached level 20 I would have half of my screen with skills.

Finish the run and start over at level 1 again.

This might sound rude, but is this your first Rougelike? you have to deal with your choices until your character dies.
