i cant find the penguin in the second main level

You can find the penguin at this angle, for obvious reasons, it's not to be meant as a solution, rather than a hint, so it is zoomed out, therefore I suggest you view the angle in game & see if you can locate it

It actually had me stumped for quite a while, as I ran across many theories, one of those theories was right of course

Edit: Changed the screenshot image to show no glowing cats truly being spoiler free, the penguin remains in the frame

Edit: Oops, sorry. I did the levels out of order. The fourth one is indeed under an Arch in the right hand side of the level.

The first penguin is right in the middle of the picture - you have to zoom in on the green awnings in the back and the penguin is sitting on the stairs in the alley behind the window.

Can't find the penguin in the 4th level! Looked at every blooming arch on the level and can't find the darn thing! I'm going cross-eyed!

Same here re penguin on fourth level. It's also annoying that all the fireworks keep going off. Help! :)
