1 missing item for each escape

[PVT. Parts]

Started a playthrough where I found every item that was needed for every escape, and exhausted all of my options. The last thing I needed for the door was the master key, which hadn’t spawned (I looked everywhere), the last thing I needed for the maze was the chain cutters, and the last for the car was the gas tank. Both of those items never spawned in as well. Don’t know if I just had the worst luck or what haha

how do you enter the spider room? the trap floor always breaks and i don't see a way to reach there

nvm i figured it out , you need to use the hammer on the planks on the front door and pick one of them and put it on the hole to pass.
