How do you get in the room with the lever for the front door

can u be more specific?
there are a few rooms with levers too get in.

but if u mean the panel thing in the shotgun area.
then u knock down the clown painting in the upstairs bedroom. it will reveal a lever. u pull it and it will move the closet which will open the panel. so u can get from the upstairs bedroom too the shotgun area
