Some items never spawn

Hello , today my friend and i downloaded the game. Some items like screwdriver in the drawer 1st floor or remote control in the basement close to the fireplace dont appear. In addition, we search almost every possible room but keys werent found anywhere. We assume they dont spawn. We found tape , wrench , the body of the shotgun (the other part didnt spawn) shotgun shell, rhe oil tank, picture parts , cutters.. so, some items and keys might be buggy and dont even appear in game .. im practice mode we could see them as far as we played any help is appreciated

There are hidden rooms and items can be in odd places/Blend in look harder
