Where is the second wire for the cutting pliers where are the 3 spawns?

Hahah i struggled with this for awhile, and i felt stupid once i found it but the second wire is the one literally above the two light itself on the door where you need to escape. So you know those two lights and when you find the other wire it makes one of them red, where there is a wire above that top green light thats above the red you cut that one

I meant for the second wire, it can spawn in the basement or grandpas place, idk where the 3rd one is.
