I'll probably come across as a big noob but how do you organize a tournament? Is there a minimum number of chairs to have? When I try to organize tournaments, nothing seems to happen.

There are no tournaments in the game yet, when you are organizing via the phone you are organizing events

Yeah, Ive been feeling that way too. I still do it now and again just to do it. Maybe there can be a little like table tent thing signifying that it is underway or something.

Nothing that special will happen.
You select an event, you pay the cost, people come and play through the day.

It'll work whether you have 1 or 8 tables, no difference except for the total money you might make from it per day.

If you have enough tables the cost should repay itself. You might also get the benefit tied to that event. Like silver cards increasing in value, or whatever that bonus is.
