How do you make bulk box?

Just bought the workbench, it says i need 100 cards from my album, but there's no way to put them there, also it says it only accepts "bulk boxes" but i cannot buy those anywhere. any help?

When you go to the workbench after you click, it on the right hand side you will see some sliders. IF you move them you can set what price of the cards you want to put in the box. The bulk boxes are just made when you hit the button to start the process. So you don't have to worry about the boxes. SO if you move the sliders you will change the color of the bulk box.

.01-.99 White
$1-$2 Yellow
$2-$3.50 Purple
$3.51-5 Red

ok thanks i moved the slider but the box on the table ( i think that's the box you're talking about) is still white and i have no other button to process it
