Customer trading glitch
customers occasionally not accepting their own asking price when they are selling cards

I get this too. try to click ACCEPT and the window vanishes with an incomplete trade.

Yea I've noticed that as well, I just got 1p over their price if its something I'm willing to pay below Market Value

Did you type the amount in for your offer? I've noticed myself forgetting to do that and just hitting accept or whatever, so the NPC is rejecting my zero dollar offer.
