"Oh no, someone wants less annoyances in a single player game I'm playing, have to 'sneakily' insult them for the heck of it!"
Anyhow, the only option right now is using mods. Maybe in the future that part of the game will be improved, despite, or probably to spite, the "u dun wan play dis game lol!" whines.
Plus how would a feature like this affect you anyway? Like whats your problem, you can just "not use the feature" nobody is stopping you. If that's how you like to play then great do it, I like to play games my way and you like to play games your way. Lets say you could make employees open packs, you could just "not make them do that task" and do it yourself. A feature like this just kinda improves the experience for the people who want it and don't affect the people who don't.
