Dissatisfied Customers

Is it possible to get 0 dissatisfied customers? Current on day 76, got 2 auto scent's at the door, kept prices at or below market price with everything constantly stocked and still getting 4-5 dissatisfied customers every day.

i think its possible if you just close your shop for the whole day lol but other than that youw ill atleast have 5 dissatisfied

One day I get 20 dissatisfied and next day 5 by doing nothing different. No idea what ticks them off sometimes.

I would like to know too. Not that i care too much about that few dissatisfied customers but would be nice to know what causes them. @Op: Do you have every buyable cards, equipment, plush animals in your shop? I thought these dissatisfied customers must come from that these guys didnt found what they were lookin for, but not sure about.

Yeah i have everything that i can currently stock stocked in my shop including singles and bulk card boxes. Even tried reducing the cost of play tables but I guess some people are just never truly satisfied

i think the people that are being sprayed are dissatisfied costumers but its annoying because if we dont spray them we get dissatisfied costummers too. i think this game gave a bit too much focus on spraying costumers tbh.

I dont know if this is still a thing cuz the dev pops updates like no other but I encountered customers complaining about stuff I had the level for but not unlocked yet. So if this is still a thing you cant satisfy them all.

I did never try and actually have around 7 to 12 unsatisfied customers per day. But that can also be cuz I charge +20% for my super expensive cards to get the money rolling LOL

I dont spray any customers but only because i dont use any card tables and my customers are only in my shop for a short amount of time. Lvl17, 84 customers every day. So i dont think it comes from spraying.

Usually i'm averaging like 4-7 dissatisfied customers each day now with a double auto sprayer setup so I don't think it's people being sprayed.
It must just be not having items that you're not high enough level for because I'm level 38 now and the average has gone down over time

gotta keep those shelves stocked. if you dont have an item they want, you get a dissatisfied.
if you havent unlocked something yet, that you can, its a dissatisfied.

Least let us know why they are dissatisfied. Customers will IRL so why can't we deal with some Karen/Keiths at our counters complaining about Price/Lighting/Smells/The Weather...
Lets us know why they are so we can fix it...

I've had zero dissatisfied customers several times. Other times I get seemingly random numbers of them. Doesn't feel like I'm doing anything different. And I see nothing during the day from the customers that indicates they are unhappy.

So I just ignore it. Doesn't seem to have any impact on anything.

I think it is based on the prices of your cards changing that you didn't notice. Also, if you don't have a certain item in stock.

your funny im lvl 65 and my store is fully stocked and everything is rounder down market value. the costumers that are dissatisfied deserve a kick in their butt lol maybe that would be a funny feature to kick those smelly customers out lol. might be a bit rude but its just a game xd

Maybe adding a message next to each dissatisfied customer on why they are upset would help us figure out how to improve it. You know after you hit end of day. Or maybe when they have bubbles over their head maybe a red bubble can say why they aren’t happy. Just a thought for the Devs.
