He touched the box! (Can't put down spray can)

I ran into an issue of I pulled a box off warehouse shelf to grab a cleanser to spray a stinky person. The employee tried to be helpful put the box back and then I couldn't put the cleanser anywhere (no open spots on shelves or anything) had to throw it out to get it out of my hand. Would be good if could put items back into boxes on shelves.

I ran into this issue as well. I grabbed a deodorant spray and am unable to throw it/ drop it/ place it anywhere. So I have to waste the whole can to be able to get the option to throw it away lol

read the tooltip on the left. u click it use it click it again then put it back on a shelf or in abox again .

they cant touch the box if you opened it so... dunno what u did to make this happen :D

Edit: Also, did you have an empty box? I always carry some empty boxes.

it's always easier to just take the can from the shelf. Customers don't care, if it's half empty^^

employees will never touch a box opened by a player no matter what. and they dont throw away empty ones either way "unlesss they were stocking abox that became empty while holding it"

I can relate to the issue. Took a can out of my shelf, employee restocked the shelf and put back the box. Had to wait for a customer to buy a new one and make space on the shelf …

And that is why you should buy a small personal shelf. It allows you to throw stuff into it without issues of not having a box. Employees never touch it and it allows you to put stuff into as if it was a shop shelf.

You need to exit the "spray mode" by pressing "R" first.
