In the end, you card parks end up getting paid for by the high value cards you pull, if you manage to pull a $10k+ card and sell it then it really pays for about ~3,000 parks, everything else you sell if a bonus
Bulk is cheap in game and in real life. IRL you can spend as little as 5 dollars on 1000 cards and the creators are good about sticking to reality in some cases. This is one of them, basically anything under $10 is only really worth selling as bulk. If you followed real life more in this game then the bulk boxes would earn you maybe 6-8 dollars.
For instance you can bulk load basic cards and put them in one section for $10 and then bulk load say Legendary only and place them on the shelf for more money.
The only problem is the market price remains the same. I haven't tried to sell them for more yet to test if they will be bought by customers for a higher price.
Bulk cards definitely needs a little work.
