Late fees on top of what you owe. I haven't let it go over 4 days late though, so no clue if there is a game over down the line of not paying

well once I used to be late on paying rent and other dues.... it sayed I am 2 days over pay day but I payd and nothing really happened... I guess it just gets even more expensive

I believe if you let it go like a week overdue then it automatically charges you, which can put you in the negative and essentially make it where you cannot recover.
