Electricity bill question

So I've read from a lot of people that turning the lights on or leaving them off doesn't really affect the customers? I assume that's kind of a bug? In streams of other simulator games I've seen customers complain about it being too dark but not once in this one.

Does it just automatically give you a "dissatisfied customer" at the end screen without telling you? That would be considered a bug then right?

Also out of curiosity does anyone know if the electricity bill still increases AFTER 9 pm when the timer stops? I usually only turn it on at like 7:30 pm (when the streetlights turn on) and leave them on until every customer has left (most of the time there are still some playing at the tables)

I switch it on at 5pm when the sun goes down. 130$ bill roughly

could be your auto scent machines ... although it would make sense as the play tables keep gaining timed money after 9pm ... this is why i do all my pack opening at 8am before i open
