Was there an update or does my RNG suck?
I have almost 30 hours in the game and opened well over 2k packs; however, I have never had a card worth more than $1.45k.

I began the game within an hour of launch and there has been many updates since. Was there a change to the RNG that I don't know about or cards were not possible to get?

I also don't have the achievement for a full art foil card and yet my friends who have less than 3 hours play time are getting cards worth over $2k and have the achievement.

Does my RNG suck that bad or is there something wrong with the save file?

I'm just over 1k packs opened and I've gotten 2 full art foils that were 2k and 3k price. It's just RNG. For instance ghost cards can be opened from any pack and I think I read somewhere the odds to get one are something like 0.2% per pack. Which means I'm over odds for that and haven't found one. Just gotta get lucky.

That's just poor luck. I had a basic pack with a 1.7k card at a pretty low level and have gotten an 800 card and a few between 1-200. During the prologue I also opened a card over 1k. I'd say between both I've opened somewhere between 1-2k packs myself. You'll get it eventually

I do think the RNG was slightly adjusted on launch so super profitable cards were a little more rare, at least in my experience, but this is crazy lol

im prob around 1200 packs opened now, ive had maybe 5 or 6 cars between 1000-1300$ , one of which is a Ghost Card . Its just random from what ive noticed. Opening Common,, Rare Epic, Legendary or Destiny packs doesnt change how much the card you open is worth its all random it seems

Do you have a way to open packs faster? It's takes 6 seconds per pack with an auto clicker plus you have to spend a few seconds per bulk opening to get more packs (opening a box). Which can't be auto clicked unless you have an auto hotkey script already.

It would take about 11 hours (and you'd have to be sitting there watching it to get the next box) to open 5k packs doing literally nothing else to open 5000 packs the way I have it setup. Add more time for restocks and having to reopen.

I pulled a 8.9k card yesterday and even 8+ hours played later I still cannot get it to sell. Sometimes luck isn't even that great

I have the same problem.

with store level 26 day 36 I haven't seen a single card of the Ghost class or a card worth over 1200. So far after 30 hours of play I got the first card that was worth 1100 but only because I was so frustrated that I bought 40 8-box crates, collected them and then opened them today, it took the whole night and I only got 1 card worth 1140, the rest is all under 200 < 6 cards worth 200. 17 cards worth 100 +- 20, 23 cards worth 50 +- 40, the rest are cards worth 9 to 0.03. The probability of 2560 bosses with 17,920 cards changing to 0.2 is far from reasonable to impossible, you can only hope for luck when micro updates that are not listed in steam are to be described as luck but rather as a problem with the drop rate.

Besides, luck does not exist in pre-programmed luck. The numbers must be right or you are being deliberately annoyed.

The game is supposed to be fun but it is not fun if you look after your shop, go in, get alive, stay at level and (have no luck opening it because it was prevented from being lucky) and a player doesn't play for 2 hours, shop at level 3 and on the first day draws a ghost worth 13k. THAT IS A RIDICULOUS WAY TO BLAME LUCK

Yeah I'm on day 54, store level 22, lost track of how many packs I've opened but my best pulls have been 2 cards that were $650ish and like 7 or 8 that were in the $50-100 range. Have not seen any ghosts. It's actually feeling slightly less fun at this point because progress on the store has slowed a lot.... I feel like some lucky draws bringing a decent injection of cash would allow me to do make several upgrades...

Im on day 32 at level 20 with about 1200 packs pulled I have gotten
2 cards worth 1500
1 card worth 700
1 Ghost card
10-15 card worth about 150ish

Day 54, store level 24 = 2 Ghost cards (both less than 1k worth, 1 pulled from Epic pack, 1 pulled from Common pack)

Getting from level 20 to 24 was a slog, could never get enough cash to do 'upgrades' or get the next license. I was trying to keep up with the 'singles' card table, but people were snagging everything I put up as soon as I put it out, keeping that table stocked was an impossible task. Also, noticed the customers were buying 1 single card and bouncing. Getting xp from sales is all good, but if every sale is 10 dollars and nothing more, the xp is slow. So I scrapped the card table and now I only sell packs and assorted other things. (the single cards can come later) Once the customers didn't have the single cards to buy, they started buying more packs and other things from me, giving me better xp per sale. Levels 22-24 was all on sales and opening packs.

I'm sorry this post had be cracking up. There is a reason these cards are extremely valuable. BECAUSE THEY ARE RARE. The chance of getting one is very low. Just keep trying and maybe you will get lucky eventually but don't cry if you don't get a 1 in a million card after opening 100 packs.

Pull rate is same as the prologue, but the card price are adjusted as there are different rarities now

I've gotten a foil ghost card worth 13,000, but can't seem to sell it. I'll set it as low as 7,800 and all my customers are to broke. Is this related to shop level or something else entirely?

Just got to keep it out there till someone bites on it, I had a card that my customers were saying they were too broke to buy but they wanted it, it took 10 days to finally sale it.
