Stuck in 2nd store, can't get out

I was jumping around in my store while waiting for more customers and accidentally clicked on the register while jumping and phased straight through the wall into the other empty store room, the doors are locked and I can't do anything to get out

Update: This is very easily replicated by jumping backwards and clicking on the cash register, going onto the next day will not get you out and you are stuck inside

You could always save, quit out of the game and re load the game. Loading the game spawns you out on the road.
